No refunds, store credit only!
To submit a request for store credit, please go to our returns portal.
Request for store credit can be made within 5 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests that are submitted after 5 days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no sign of smell or wear.
Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!
Merchandise marked "Final Sale" are final sale, no exceptions! Returns for store credit may incur a 15-20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
